The stage is set for the 2021 Acadia Parish Honors Annual Banquet and Award Ceremony! The event will take place tomorrow on Thursday, May 20, 2021 from 6 until 9 PM. It will be held in Le Grand Hall at the beautiful Grand Opera House of the South, and catered by Fezzo’s Seafood, Steakhouse and Oyster Bar.
The Acadia Parish Honors marks the conclusion of the Chamber’s year, and everyone in attendance will get to look back on the very interesting past year as well as catch a glimpse of what to look forward to in the coming year. This is also when we get to honor various members of our community, which includes ingoing and outgoing Board members, Business Person and Humanitarian of the Year, and the Outstanding Young Citizens. Read below for the honorees as well as links to their full press release posts.
As one of our biggest events of the year, it is a must to thank our sponsors for helping make it happen: presenting sponsor The Bank, Lamm Family Care, Ochsner Acadia General, SLEMCO, Elder Outreach, Bank of Commerce, Acadia Parish Farm Bureau, and Carmichael’s. Also a huge thank you to the Grand Opera House of the South for hosting as well as Fezzo’s for providing the food!
We hope to see many of you there to celebrate a great year for Acadia Parish!
