Mark your calendars, tell your friends, and make plans to attend the 11th Annual Taste of Crowley! It’s going to be the biggest one yet! Taste of Crowley presented by First National Bank will be held on Thursday, November 7th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Le Grand Hall, in the heart of Historical Downtown Crowley. Tickets are on-sale NOW!
What’s your flavor? From Mexican flare, sushi, seafood to mouthwatering desserts— you’re sure to find something to satisfy your palate at this year’s Taste of Crowley! This year’s event will feature hearty taste samples from 18 of Crowley’s finest chefs/restaurants.
Food tastings will be accompanied by live entertainment, drinks, and art displays from the Crowley Art Gallery. The event will also feature door prizes, a “Taste of Crowley De’Light’s” raffle pull, and a silent auction. There will also be a high stakes “Spritz & Glitz” raffle with a chance to win a beautiful piece of jewelry donated by Salvador’s Jewelers.
Special to this year will be a main street history exhibit to commemorate “20 Years” of the Crowley Main Street program, which began in 1999. The history exhibit aims to remember the past while celebrating the tremendous progress made on main street over the last 20 years.
Taste of Crowley is the Crowley Main Street program’s major fundraiser of the year. Proceeds from the event help support downtown revitalization efforts, historic preservation initiatives, beautification projects, promotional campaigns, and popular downtown events like “Kids Day on Main Street” and the new “Art & Wine Stroll”.
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Crowley Main Street relies on the support from the community and city government to continue its mission of downtown revitalization. Help support the main street program by purchasing your ticket to Taste of Crowley.
