The team at Waitr rang the Nasdaq opening bell on Wednesday to start the day of trading.

The company will be ringing the bell for the first time after going public on the stock exchange after Landcadia Holdings completed a $308 million acquisition of the company.
Now called Waitr Holdings, the company began trading on the Nasdaq exchange in mid-November. They can be found under the symbol WTRH.
Founder and CEO Chris Meaux will be in attendance.
The bell-ringing ceremony took place at 9:30 a.m. (EST) at the Nasdaq studio. Ceremonies take place daily to open and close the stock market.
