The Leadership EXCEL Advisory Board is excited to announce the date for the 3rd Annual Social for Alumni & 2019 Class Participants. All Leadership EXCEL Alumni are invited to attend the Welcome Social set for Wednesday, March 20th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Zeus Crowley Banquet Room on the 2nd Floor. Over 500 community leaders from Acadia, Jeff Davis and St. Landry Parishes have graduated from this exemplary program and have moved on to achieve many great things since the inception of Leadership Excel in 1994. The Advisory Board is encouraging past participants to connect with former classmates, as well as share stories and experiences they enjoyed while going through the program.
The cost to attend is $25 per person, which includes finger foods and beverages. A cash bar will be available. Leadership EXCEL stands for Experience in Community, Enterprise and Leadership. The program is designed to prepare emerging leaders to meet the future leadership needs of our community. Through the exchange of viewpoints and experiences, participants are exposed to the challenges, opportunities, and vital issues affecting Acadia and Jeff Davis parishes. The EXCEL program is hosted by the Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Jeff Davis Chamber of Commerce.
