Located in the heart of our historic district, Frosto has been an iconic piece of Crowley’s hospitality industry since its inception in 1956. Helen Lafosse began Frosto with the intent on serving a quality product, and today that commitment of quality is carried on by the third generation of family members. Frosto is widely known for their soft serve low-fat ice milk and old fashioned hamburgers served in a vibrant 50’s themed dining atmosphere. Not only are you entertained by Elvis playing throughout the diner, but also the walls and table tops are covered in albums and the decade’s memorabilia. Through the years, this family-owned restaurant has evolved with the trends of the time by renovating and adding a dining area. Frosto’s menu has greatly expanded, but quality is never sacrificed. Frosto continues to be a must-stop for tourists and residents alike. Brannon Trahan and Frosto are involved in our community in a number of facets. Frosto has contributed to many of our Chamber events and efforts, and we are proud to award them with the Member Spotlight for the month of May.
