The Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce welcomes incoming 2023-24 Board Members. The newly elected board members will serve a three-year term beginning July 1, 2023, are Nicole Broussard, Acadia Parish Police Jury; Chuck LeJeune, CDL Properties, Planning, & Design, LLC; Mary Morrison, South Louisiana Community College and Suzy Webb; Acadia Parish Farm Bureau.
Nicole Broussard
Acadia Parish Police Jury
Nicole is the Chief Financial Officer at the Acadia Parish Police Jury, where she maintains and reports on the financial condition of the parish- past, present, and future. She has always had a love for Acadia Parish. She and her husband, Kevin, have raised their children here, while volunteering for programs such as 4-H, Band, Student Council, Parent Teacher Organization, School Board Committees. etc. for the last 25 years. She hopes to expand her volunteer work here in Acadia Parish, where she has worked as a certified public accountant. Nicole resides in Mire, where she enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
Chuck LeJeune
CDL Properties, Planning, & Design, LLC
Chuck is the owner of CDL Properties, Planning, & Design, LLC. After participating in the Leadership Excel class of 2020-2021, Chuck has become actively involved through the chamber while making connections across Acadia Parish. He is excited about the opportunities Acadia Parish has to offer for its residents, businesses, and industries looking for a place to build their companies. Chuck and his wife, Geneva, reside in Church Point, where they raise their 2 boys. He enjoys bringing his boys to sports games, spending time with Church Point Community Development Corp, going to Disney World, and driving down country roads.
Mary Morrison
South Louisiana Community College
Mary is the SLCC Acadian Campus Director at South Louisiana Community College, where she collaborates and builds relationships with community leaders, while also ensuring all prospective students are being contacted and guided through the admissions and enrollment process. Mary has enjoyed time serving on Rotary, volunteering at the Soup Kitchen, Leadership Excel, working with SLCC Advisory Council, and attending Chamber events. She resides in Scott with her husband, Purvis. She enjoys shopping, volunteering, going to the beach, meeting new people, and spending time with family and friends.
Suzy Webb
Acadia Parish Farm Bureau
Suzy is a self-employed Agent/Agency Manager contracted through Farm Bureau, here in Acadia Parish, which has been a member of the Chamber since 1992. She is inspired by networking, being involved in the community, and giving back. She is excited to see more businesses evolve in Acadia Parish. Suzy and her husband, J.C., reside in Crowley. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, fishing, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
