The Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development is proud to announce Kelli Doré, Chief Operating Officer of Lamm Family Care Home Health & Hospice, as the recipient of its inaugural Legend in Leadership award. Doré’s dedication to community service, coupled with her exemplary leadership at Lamm, has made her a standout figure in Acadia Parish.
Born and raised in Crowley, Doré embodies the values of her community and has dedicated herself to its betterment. After graduation from high school, she went on to technical school to study accounting and received training in revenue cycles and information systems. Doré then served as the Revenue Cycle Manager at LHC Group for 16 years, where she was involved in the management of that department and implementing EDI systems to streamline processes.
In 2015, she joined Lamm Family Care Home Health & Hospice and since then has played a pivotal role in the company’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and service. “Put God first” is a guiding principle that she lives by, reflecting her deep-rooted values of compassion and service.
Both as an individual and through Lamm’s corporate sponsorships, Doré has been a committed supporter of numerous events in Crowley and throughout Acadia Parish, including Greetings from Levy Park and several initiatives by the Acadia Parish Chamber. Her volunteer efforts and philanthropic endeavors have left a lasting impact on the community. These same qualities of service above self can be found throughout Lamm’s staff who exemplify a culture of giving as they work to care for those throughout Acadiana.
With 30 years of management experience in finance and operations within the home health and hospice industry, Kelli Doré brings a wealth of expertise and insight to her leadership role at Lamm Family Care. Her name, along with Lamm Family Care, has become synonymous with compassion, support, and giving in Acadia Parish.
The Legends in Leadership award was created to recognize individuals who uphold the highest standards of leadership, integrity, and dedication to community service. Kelli Doré’s outstanding achievements and commitment to excellence make her a deserving recipient of this honor.
Doré will be presented this award on Thursday, May 9th, at the Acadia Parish Honors Annual Banquet & Awards Ceremony. The Acadia Parish Honors banquet is open to the public.
