Crowley

• Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church is hosting Vacation Bible School on June 9th-12th from 8:30 am – noon.
• Northside Assembly of God is hosting Mega Sports Camp on June 18th-June 20th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Northside Assembly of God for ages 4-11.
• First United Methodist Church is hosting God’s Handiwork Summer Art Camp on June 17th-June 20th from 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm. Drop off begins at 12:30pm and pickup is at 4pm each day. • Notre Dame Cheer is hosting Come One Come All to the Greatest Cheer Camp of All! Pio Carnival Cheer Camp on July 28th-30th at the ND Gym from 9 am – noon. Pre-registration forms can be found in the ND front office or at ndpios.com under the info center > download forms. the dress days are Ring Leader Monday: Dress in your best ring leader attire, Clowning Around Tuesday: Dress as your best Carnival Clown, and Showtime Wednesday: Dress in your best show time color: red, white and blue. Parent Showcase will be on Wednesday, July 30th at 10:45 am. Preregistration is $75, at the door is $80. Ages 3-12 and squads are welcome!

Rayne

• The City of Rayne is hosting its annual Kids Fishing Derby on Saturday, June 7th at Maison de Memoire Bed and Breakfast Pond (8450 Roberts Cove Road Rayne, LA). It is open to ages 0-15 years old. Registration begins at 8AM, Derby starts at 8:30AM, and awards take place at 11:30AM. Age groups for Most/Biggest Fish (2-4,5-7,8-10,11-12). There is no fee to enter, but registration is a MUST. Contact Suzette at (337) 334-6682 with name, age, and t-shirt size. Door prizes and light lunch will be provided.
• Just for Fun Camp will take place for three weeks for boys and girls entering grades 2-7 (up to age 12). Week 1 (June 9-13), Week 2 (June 16-20) and Week 3 (June 23-27) at the Rayne Civic Center. There will be a morning session from 8:30 am-12:00 pm, and there will be an afternoon session from 1:00-4:30 pm. It costs $25 per session, and this price includes a free camp t-shirt and swimming at the city’s pool. Visit rayne.org for more information.
• Oliver Lane Summer Camp will take place on June 17-20, June 24-27, July 8-11, July 22-25 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm for ages 6 plus. Activities include group painting, 3D wood projects, ceramic project, canvas project, misc. project. It will take place at 218 E. Texas Ave, Rayne,  LA. It costs $150, but parents must provide lunch, but they will provide snacks.

Branch

Church Point

• Evolve Athletics Church Point is hosting Kids Summer Camp Session 1 on June 2nd-June 6th from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm for ages 4-8, and from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm for ages 9 and up. It costs $100 for 1 child, $175 for two children, $50 for additional, $30 for daily drops in, and a $25 nonrefundable deposit is due at sign up per child. They provide lunch and snack. Their activity changes every 30 mins and free play opportunities are a guaranteed way to exhaust all of your kids’ energy!

• St. John the Evangelist and St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Churches are hosting Vacation Bible School on July 14th-July 18th at 304 5th Street in Mermentau, LA got anyone entering pre-k through entering 5th grade.
